OK, I already see the problem. Pick up is possible till 22:00 hrs. I just sent you the link. Basically, when the website show results based on your search criteria, the location is open. It can vary per peiod / season.

Yes, make sure you insert your flight number when you are asked to do so. The location will be informed about delayed arrivals.
